You must be logged into Student Services Online to start a background check. If you do not follow the instructions to start a background check on Student Services Online, then LLU will not receive your background check information. You will have to start another background check through Student Services Online and pay for it if you do not follow these instructions.

Login to Student Services Online

You must go to your New Student Portal or Registration Portal, and you will see a 'Background Check Hold' if you need to complete a background check. Follow the instructions on the portal to clear your hold.
