As there are only about 30 single rooms, they are in high demand. Due to this demand, all students must enter into a double occupancy space. After entering Lindsay you may request to be put on the waiting list for a single room. It is usually a 1 1/2 to 2 year wait.

Although no guarantees can be made, the priorities listed in this section will be honored whenever possible. Housing applications remain active for six months. Students whose applications have expired relinquish their assignment priority and must submit a new application.

ROOM DEPOSIT INFO:

Room Deposit amount - $200. ($150 refundable, $50 NON-refundable. Must meet conditions listed below)

DEPOSIT REFUND REQUIREMENTS:

Notice of Room Cancelation must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date on application.
Current Residents: Must give notice no later than 2 weeks prior to departure. Notice must be in writing TO THE DEANS.
Room/furniture are left clean and undamaged.
Must complete checkout process with RA per instructions in checkout packet. Checkout packets are located at the front desk

ROOM LICENSE FEE INFO:

Room License fee is charged by the quarter (12weeks) and is NOT refundable. Extenuating circumstances will be considered.
In ALL cases, residents must give a 2 weeks notice in writing to the Deans in the event termination of license agreement is necessary.
Should less than 2 weeks notice be given, additional charges will be applied.
